Q: When and where is the Stockholm Summit Top Level School Leaders?
A: The conference will take place at Hilton Slussen hotel in central Stockholm, May 28-30.

Q: What is speednetworking?
A: Speednetworking sessions is a forum for discussion and networking.

Q: What is the expected number of attendees?
A: Attendance is expected to be approximately 250.

Q: How much does it cost to attend?
A: 4000 SEK VAT excluded

Q: What is the currency in Sweden?
A: The currency in Sweden is the Swedish Krona, SEK.

Q: What is included in the conference fee?
A: The reception in the Stockholm City Hall is included in the registration fee as lunch and coffee.

Q: How do I book a hotel?
When the registration opens, December 1, you will be able to book your accommodation through a registration form on the website.

Q: What kind of power adaptor does Sweden use?
A: Swedish plugs require power adaptors with a European 2 pin plug.

Q: What is the dress code for the conference and the evening events?
A: The dress code for the conference is Business Casual while the dress code for the reception in the City hall is Business/Cocktail attire.

Q: What will the weather be like?
A: The average temperature in May is around 12-15°C (55-60°F). For updated information on the weather visit the website Stockholm town>>.

Q: Are spouses and partners able to attend?
A: Unfortunately, we are unable to extend your invitation to include partners or spouses at the conference. However partners and spouses are welcome to join the social events at the conference: the City Hall reception, the boat cruise and the city walks.

Q: How do I get to and from Arlanda Airport?
A: The Arlanda Express is the train service that links Stockholm City with the Airport. The trip takes 20 minutes. It is advised that you book your Arlanda Express ticket in advance at the same time you register for the congress. The Conference Secretariat, MCI offers discounted tickets for travel with the Arlanda Express train from Arlanda to Stockholm. Your confirmation letter will serve as a ticket when presented to the train conductor.

If you prefer to take a taxi we recommend that you request one of the many taxis offering a fixed price from the airport to the city, rather than the more expensive per-kilometer rate.

There is a direct bus connection from Arlanda Airport to the City Terminal in Stockholm. The travel time is about 40 minutes and costs SEK 110. The bus leaves Arlanda Airport every 10 minutes. (Prices given as per June 2010)
