Hotel reservations and contact We will process your registration on a first-come, first-serve basis. Hotel reservations will be confirmed when we have payment and/or credit card guarantee.

Remember your confirmation letter
We will send you a confirmation letter well in advance, confirming booked events, hotel accommodation, and payment status. You will have to bring the letter and present it when you register at the conference.

The cost for the conference is 4000 SEK, VAT excluded.
The fee includes two lunches, coffee and the reception at the City Hall.
